Cucumber For Weight Loss Snack Recipe | Cucumber & Tomato Salad

I love this snack! One of my favorite things is to use recipes with cucumber for weight loss.

It’s my go-to recipe when I’m cleaning up what I eat. It’s nice and filling and it tastes so fresh. No one should go hungry if they want to lose a little bit of weight. No one.

I’m a big believer that people can still eat healthy, lose weight and NOT go hungry. No one should go hungry if they want to lose a little bit of weight. No one…ever.

This weight loss snack is low in calories and can be done a bunch of different ways. You can have it as a snack at night or during the day or eat it as a side dish!

I use super simple ingredients and it’s really quick to whip up. Plus, it’s only 117 calories for 1 serving!

Ingredients:

1 Tomato

1 Cucumber

1/4 Purple Onion

1 Tsp Blood Orange Olive Oil

1 Tsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

Salt & Pepper’:

Instructions:

Chop your tomato, cucumber, and onion as fine as you’d like. It doesn’t have to be precise (unless you want it to).

Add in the Blood Orange Olive Oil and Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar.

Add salt and pepper to your liking.

Mix it up and enjoy right away or pop it in the fridge for later. The flavors will really set in.

Other Ways To Enjoy It

If you don’t have flavored olive oil or flavored balsamic vinegar, you could always use the plain versions…just add some spice to  it. You could always add oregano in it for an italian flair, or you can add olives, feta and oregano for a greek style cucumber salad.

Another tip is to add avocado. If you are going to enjoy it with avocado, I don’t suggest doing it as a combo with feta cheese as you’ll have enough fat already from the avocado and the olive oil.
