I Lost 54 lbs After Having My 2nd Baby… 

struggled to lose the weight after I had my 2nd baby. I thought because I was an “older” mom or that it was that I had my second baby that maybe it just wasn’t gonna happen for me.

  • I hated how I looked in the mirror…I was disgusted, actually.

  • I stared at the woman in my reflection and didn’t even recognize her.

  • Just looking at my clothes in the closet made me cry.

  • I didn’t fit anything like it was supposed to.

  • I didn’t even want to go outside or out on dates with my hubby.

I had 54 lbs weighing me down both physically and mentally. Just going up the stairs left me out of breath. I was so exhausted that eating was a chore.

At night, I would drown my sorrows and stuff my face with chocolate chip cookies… sometimes I thought to myself “What did it matter anyway?..I was already fat”. [Insert another cookie in mouth].

It was the ultimate in emotional eating and stuffing my emotions. My relationship with my husband was suffering, with my kids, the people around me and most of all, myself.  

I felt so alone.

I LOST 54 POUNDS IN WELL UNDER A YEAR. I WENT DOWN 5 DRESS SIZES.

AND IT STAYED OFF.

Now, I have a flat stomach and got rid of the mommy pooch and I can wear whatever I want without having to hide all the rolls!

I LOVE GOING OUT NOW. I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY TO DO WHATEVER I WANT

AND MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MYSELF IS SO MUCH BETTER.
